ALBENDAZOLE 2500 BOLUS
A broad spectrum anthelmintic for control of mature and developing immature forms of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, tapeworms and adult liver fluke in cattle, camels, sheep & goats.

INDICATIONS:
Broad spectrum anthelmintic for control of the following infections in calves, sheep and goats: Larval and adult stages of gastro-intestinal nematodes: Trichostrongylus spp.,
Oesophagostomum spp., Cooperia spp., Nematodirus spp., Capillaria spp., Bunostomum spp., Strongyloides spp .
Adult and larval lungworm nematodes: Dictyocaulus viviparus in cattle
Adult liver flukes (cattle):Fasciola hepatica, Fasciola gigantica, Fascioloides magna, Paramphistoma. Tapeworms (removing of segments and scolices): Moniezia spp. Moreover, at recommended doses albendazole shows ovicidal activity against nematodal and fluke eggs.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For oral administration
Cattle and Camels:
Control and treatment: 1 bolus / 300 – 350 kg b.w.
In severe infestation with liver fluke: 1. bolus / 250kg b.w. (Fasciola hepatica) 1 bolus/150 – 200 kg b.w. (F. gigantica, F magna, Paramphistoma).
