TRIMOVET INJECTION
Trimethoprim and Sulfamethoxazole combination in Trimovet acts synergistically to have a bactericidal effect against many gram positive and gram negative bacteria such as E. coli, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp. Both compounds have different effects on purine synthesis and a double blockade effect is achieved.

Trimethoprim ……………. 40 mg

INDICATIONS:
Infections of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, urogenital tract, skin, soft tissues, wounds and septicemia sensitive to trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole in calves, cattle, goats, sheep and swine.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
By deep intramuscular, subcutaneous or slow intravenous injection:
1 ml per 10-20 kg b.w. once daily or divided over 2 administration with 12 hours intervals.
